By accessing this site, you consent to Surrey Asset Management Pty Ltd collecting, maintaining, using and disclosing personal information, including sensitive information, as defined by the Australian Privacy Act, about you and provided by you or by another person.

When using this site and our services and during the course of your relation with Surrey Asset Management Pty Ltd, you may be providing us with your personal information which may include your name, residential address, phone number, email address and age, as well as information regarding products and services you inquire about, or transact with or through us. Surrey Asset Management Pty Ltd, Specialised Investment and Lending Corporation Ltd and associated service providers to the Fund may collect, hold and use potential investors’ personal information to assess applications and provide services to investors or the Fund, and for other permitted purposes.

Where you do not provide us with all or some of your personal information that we request then we may not be able to provide services to you.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to conduct our services. We will usually collect your personal information directly from you either in person, by telephone, email, letter or facsimile. We may also collect personal information from third parties however, we will only do so where it is not reasonable and practical to collect the information from you directly.

In some cases we may also collect your personal information through the use of cookies which are pieces of information that are transferred to your computer when you visit our website for record-keeping purposes.
