The Surrey Australian Equities Fund (SAEF) had a positive start to the year, returning +4% in January after all fees which was ahead of our benchmark return. This takes The Fund’s rolling 12-month net return to +16% with the two-year net return totalling +24% per annum. Pleasingly The SAEF has been consistent, delivering positive returns after fees to unitholders in 18 of the last 24 months.
