The Surrey Australian Equities Fund (SAEF) returned +1.5% after fees in July 2024 taking the rolling 6 month net gains to +6.0%, ahead of the Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index (XSOAI).
Reporting season is underway in August. While it is still early days the Fund has started this month with 6 company trading updates/results thus far all of which were pleasingly, ahead of our expectations. We look forward to discussing the entire reporting season in detail in our next Investment Update.
